有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎?我们当主人的，客人来总不见得亏待他们吧?所以妈妈和小妈(婶婶，我的专用昵称)一大早就去菜场买新鲜的海鲜和菜了。

菜买来已经临近中午了，客人们也陆陆续续到了，妈妈她们妯娌二人赶紧跑到厨房，一个洗菜切菜，一个烧菜开始忙活起来了。

过了大约一个小时，许多看上去可口的菜已经在桌上乖乖滴躺着了。我们开始吃饭了，可是小妈和妈妈还在厨房里忙活着呢!看到大家津津有味地吃着，我觉得打心里佩服小妈的厨艺，可看着这满满一桌子的美味佳肴，心里暗暗担心：如果现在叫妈妈别在烧了，那等一下就不会有剩菜了;如果现在妈妈还在烧，那等一下肯定会剩下很多吃不完，太浪费了。于是，我就连忙跑到厨房，请她们停下，说道：“妈妈，小妈二位辛苦啦，我来汇报一下前方客厅就餐情况，菜做的很好，大家非常喜欢，但是你们别在烧了，再烧的话肯定要浪费。”妈妈她们听从了我的劝告，把手中最后一个菜烧完，就和我一起去吃饭了。我们大口大口地吃着，聊着自己的生活和工作上的事情，快乐极了!

“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土，谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”这首诗大家都应该会诵读，并且懂它的意思。可是我们日常生活中，浪费粮食的现在还是随处可见。所以老师家长从小就教育我们节约粮食。我们大家一定要响应并且实施光盘行动，节约粮食!杜绝浪费!我为今天我的建议得到妈妈她们的认同和支持感到非常开心和自豪。
